Hermelin & Palmstierna Arkitekter med grundarna Greger Palmstierna och Peter Hermelin har tjugofem års erfarenhet av att rita hus. Våra uppdrag omfattar bostäder, sommarhus, kontor, skolor och vårdbyggnader. Vi arbetar ofta inom kulturskyddade miljöer och ritar både moderna och historiska om- och tillbyggnader.
Vi har även stor kompetens inom den kommunala detaljplaneprocessen och hjälper både privata markägare och kommuner, som planansvariga och tidigare som stadsarkitekt. Vi har kapacitet att arbeta både med stora och småskaliga projekt.
I en lyhörd process med våra beställare sätter vi människans välbefinnande främst. Vi utgår från platsens och byggnadens förutsättningar med hänsyn till tekniska och ekonomiska resurser såväl som arkitektoniska och kulturhistoriska värden.
Att bygga hus kan vara en omfattande och kostsam process. Få anlitar en arkitekt på impuls. Därför inleder vi med ett förutsättningslöst samtal där vi tillsammans analyserar era behov och förutsättningar innan vi går vidare. Ert förtroende för oss är förutsättningen för ett gott samarbete.
BAKGRUND: Med en lång historia som husritare, sedan 2012 under namnet Hermelin&Palmstierna, har vi alltid med ett speciellt fokus på platsen, kontexten, historien men också det nutidsorienterade och aktuelltuella.
HÅLLBARHET: Vi har ett överordnat fokus på hållbarheten i våra projekt. Socialt, ekonomiskt, med avseende på ändliga resurser, arkitektoniskt och funktionellt, lokalt samt i staden och landskapet.
DELAKTIGHET: Våra beställare engageras i ett strukturerat samtal från dag ett. Deras idéer och kompetens liksom vardagskunskap om den egna verksamheten tas om hand i projektet, tolkas av oss och bidrar till lösningar i kommande faser.
VERKTYG: Vi strävar efter öppenhet och tydlighet för att utnyttja alla inblandades kapacitet maximalt. Alla inblandade får hjälp att förstå projektet med hjälp av handskisser, bilder, ritningar och modeller - fysiska och virtuella. Hermelin & Palmstierna Architects with the founders Greger Palmstierna and Peter Hermelin have twenty-five years of experience in drawing houses. Our assignments include homes, summer houses, offices, schools and care buildings. We often work in culturally protected environments and design both modern and historic alterations and extensions.
We also have great expertise in the municipal detailed planning process and help both private landowners and municipalities, as planning managers and previously as city architects. We have the capacity to work with both large and small-scale projects.
In a sensitive process with our customers, we put human well-being first. We start from the conditions of the site and the building with regard to technical and economic resources as well as architectural and cultural-historical values.
Building a house can be an extensive and costly process. Few hire an architect on impulse. Therefore, we start with an unconditional conversation where we together analyze your needs and conditions before we move on. Your trust in us is the prerequisite for good cooperation.

TOOLS: We strive for openness and clarity to make maximum use of the capacity of all involved. Everyone involved is helped to understand the project with the help of hand sketches, pictures, drawings and models - physical and virtual. If we get the opportunity, we have a conversation with everyone involved in the execution phase to increase the understanding of the underlying ideas of the client and architect.
